Practice mindfulness and connect with nature whilst being guided by a trained mindfulness teacher, Martin Summerfield. There is a growing body of evidence demonstrating benefits such as stress reduction, helping eliminate fatigue, lowering blood pressure and general wellbeing. You will be invited to take part in simple mindful movements, breathing exercises and engage your senses while walking in the local landscape. The weekend will provide an opportunity to calm and relax yourself as well as the opportunity to gain perspective on life.
