Come and join us in Leyburn for a great weekend - everything 1940s ! Dinner dances , music in the market place, dancing demos, vintage vehicles and lots of stalls. Come for the weekend - there are lots of great campsites, B and Bs, Guest Houses and Hotels to choose from or come for the day and use the park and ride system to get into town and join in the fun!

Free family story-telling sessions Stuck for something to do in the summer holidays?  Why not come along to the story-telling sessions in the Orchard at Hudson House.  Local legend Rhoda Fraser will be entertaining children of any age with her tales every Wednesday at 11am, for about 1½ hours, through the holidays.  If it’s wet, we’ll be inside. Bring your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours, friends, visitors – they just need an adult with them. And it’s all free. Dressing…

Wonderful Water. Come and join in the fun and learn about our wonderful wildlife. This free drop-in event is for accompanied 5 to 12 year olds, with lots of science and craft based activities. We will be Stream Dipping too, so you can see  how many different water creatures you can find. All you need to bring is an adult to help you with any tricky stuff, wellies (or shoes you can paddle in) and a towel.

Join us for this classic walk that takes in the main features of Malham's spectacular limestone scenery, visiting enchanting woodland, Janet's Foss, the majestic gorge of Gordale Scar, an Iron Age village, and the world famous Malham Cove.
