Exhibition. Hostile Environment: The British in Russia 1918-1919

‘World Wide Whispers’ was started following a conversation between Ann Hill and four other international quilters – Paula Rafferty from Ireland, Jeltje van Essen from The Netherlands, Debbi Cagney from USA and Kim Caskey from Canada when they met in Edinburgh. They each chose 12 quilters, one for each month of the year, and asked them to make a quilt from a photograph of a quilt that they would receive from the quilter who made the quilt the month before…
