Swaledale Festival – Art Exhibition

May 1 @ 8:30 am - June 29 @ 4:30 pm

David, Heather and Tom Cook Heather Cook's intricate collages include pattern studies and atmospheric seascapes, many containing found materials, while David's vibrant paintings and prints reflect the landscape near their home in Malhamdale. Although concerned with place, Heather and David's works are not intended to be strictly topographical records but more a beginning point for thematic invention and abstraction. Some fine photographs by their artist son Tom complete this impressive family exhibition. www.swalefest.org
